Big Deal....2

Yay~ 
Successfully  I've proceeded to the 2nd day of the diet plan. That means it's almost completed half of the deal!
How wonderful :)


Today's meal is :
Breakfast

  • Black tea / coffee
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1 egg boiled/poached
Lunch
  • Black tea / coffee
  • 5 tuc/Ritz crackers
  • 4 oz cottage cheese ( Well, I replaced it with cheddar cheese because cottage cheese is rare here...and very expensive..LOL)
Dinner
  • Black tea / coffee
  • 2 oz carrot
  • 4 oz Broccoli 
  • 4 oz ice-cream (vanilla ONLY)
  • 2 frankfurters ( pork or chicken ONLY)
